Rebecca Matthews

Rebecca, 22, joined TNG Rochdale on the New Deal 18-24 Voluntary Sector programme.  She had been out of work for a while bringing up your young daughter and as a result was not confident that her skills would enable her to get a job.

Rebecca was given assistance by staff at TNG to complete an up-to-date CV.  She also attended a work placement where she was able to develop her skills, which increased her confidence and made her feel more positive about getting back into the work place.

With her new found confidence, Rebecca applied for a role working in administration.  She was successful at the interview and is now enjoying her new role and learning new skills.
