Andrew Fawcett

After leaving college, Andrew, 21, struggled to find work. He completed NVQ Level 2 in Graphic Design at 18 years old, but his lack of experience and confidence was making it difficult to find work. After 3 years of unemployment, Andrew went to TNG, who found him an ideal work placement within the graphic design field at a local company.

In this placement, Andrew gained invaluable experience where he learnt and refreshed his work based skills.  Andrew continued to work as a volunteer at his placement company and has now gained a full time paid position there.
