David Moore

David, 39, was unemployed for 12 months before joining TNG. He had previously worked as a labourer but the lack of work in the industry soon meant David had no work. With no CSEs or other qualifications he was finding it hard to gain employment so he went to TNG.

The staff at TNG were helpful and informative and helped David while he practiced for his CSCS card. His Adviser also gave him help and assistance with his CV and application forms.  After the amount of time David had been unemployed, he had low self confidence and his TNG Adviser helped to build this up and motivate him to look for work and explore different options and alternatives.

David now works for a local building company where he plans to stay until he passes his CSCS card and then he is planning on moving into construction.
