Faith, 35, had been unemployed for six months and she went to TNG where she joined the Pathways to Work programme for help getting into work. TNG referred her onto their partners at Warrington Disability Partnership where they encouraged her to apply for jobs at compete equally at interviews.

Faith had previously worked in retail but after an operation on both of her feet, which left her with pins and plates in both, Faith had to change career.
Faith decided she wanted to be a carer and she completed 5 days of training in a local care home. Since completing the training she has been offered a full time paid position within the same company.

She has accepted the position and is now working and supporting adults to help them maintain an independent lifestyle in their homes. She also wants to complete Level 2 in Care and Support and then progress to level 3 NVQs.

“WDP and TNG are absolutely fantastic and there for you to speak to them whenever you need support.”
