Kevin Harris

Kevin, 32, was unemployed for 12 months and due to his depression found it difficult to find work. He also found his lack of experience was a large barrier to helping him find employment.

When Kevin came to TNG he was very negative and didn’t want to participate. His adviser put him on the Environmental Task Force Project and his confidence, motivation and self-esteem grew. Among the group on the project Kevin shone through and he now works as a Project Supervisor for TNG.

His confidence with paperwork has improved and he gained a first aid certificate through TNG. He is now working towards a Health and Safety at work qualification and wants to stay and progress in his chosen career. Kevin says:

“Without TNG I would not have realised my full potential.”
