Martin Pickup

Martin, 20, achieved 9 GCSEs at school and went on to college where he completed his City and Guilds Level 2 in Motor Vehicles. Once he had achieved these qualifications he approached TNG for further help in finding his ideal job.

Martin wanted to gain experience in construction and with his Adviser’s help he started a course and learnt to plaster. Gaining this skill consequently helped him gain employment. Martin now works for a local company where he works as a Kitchen Fitter.

He has now also gained his CSCS and he hopes to continue on his new career path.
