Phillip Smedley

Phillip,24, had an NVQ Level 1 in Uniformed Services but found himself moving from job to job with no real prospects arising in any of them. Phillip then started working towards his silver Duke of Edinburgh Award and was receiving Job Seekers Allowance for six months whilst he completed the Award. Once he passed his Duke of Edinburgh, Phillip approached TNG for help to find his ideal job.

TNG helped Phillip get a job in security where he has now gained his SIA license.  Had TNG not helped Phillip achieve his position he would not have had the opportunity to gain his SIA. He is now planning to work for his Supervisor badge.
