Sue Boyle

Sue, 33, had been unemployed for three years and was bringing up her son and daughter alone. She had completed her CLAiT, which is an OCR IT course and she then went to TNG for help gaining employment.

Sue joined the TNG Lone Parent Programme and her Adviser helped build on her confidence.  She has now gained NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service and Employment.

Sue enjoyed gaining a qualification and she now works as a receptionist/administrator at the TNG Birkenhead office. She wants to continue working and is now considering further education. Sue said:
